Notes:

  • I picked 5 miles for the run, because Aoki and Kimura were given a time for the run of 40 minutes (which the failed miserably), while Takamura was able to run it in 35 Minutes, already.
  • Do not advance to the next level until you reach the goal of the run and are able to complete all the exercises with the listed reps and/or weights and able to complete all the rounds without failing.
  • Very basic, obviously very similar to a lot of Ippo stuff, but it is a little different… also, in general, it’s a little more of an even pace, unlike the high intensity of a lot of Ippo’s workouts.
That’s all for today! Hope you guys like this one. Gonna do the rest of the Ippo guys one at a time… and, yes, I will get to Itagaki! 😛
Until next time, good luck and train hard!
