3. Ryou Narushima’s Basic Training- Level 1
I’m going to be pretty sore tomorrow, I think, because DOMS hadn’t set in quite yet from yesterday when I did the workout. Hopefully it’s not too bad, especially since I’ll be starting Phase 2 tomorrow for Ippo’s Training Program.
