We have all seen fad programs promising "AMAZING RESULTS" and a way to "GET RIPPED IN 60 DAYS!" These offers are all designed to make you believe that real, practical results are possible in a short amount of time. But if you're like most people, your body isn't going to change much in two months. This leads you to think it's your fault that it didn't work, and leave you vulnerable to the next salesman with an "easy-to-use miracle program."
And the cycle continues.
You see your friends trying new programs and swearing by their supplements, which makes you want to try something else. Something FAST. Something that will get you incredible results in only a few months.
Spoiler alert: Those kinds of results don't exist.
Your body is slow to change. If you're convinced that your body can get fantastic results in a short period of time, you're going to want to give up when you don't see those results. But your body changes slowly and over time. As long as you are consistent in your training and your dieting, you will start to see small changes in the scale after a couple of weeks, and then in the mirror after a couple of months.
You know those "amazing result" stories that are accompanied by the words "these results are not typical?" That's because they really aren't typical. But that doesn't mean that you can't into the body you've always wanted. Just that it will take time and dedication.
You don't want to think of training as something you do for a while and then stop. If you really want change your body for the better, you need to see this as a lifestyle change that you cement into yourself for life.
You need to START with a 12-month program and stick with it. Anything less and you risk treating it like a short-term change.
Even then, you need to ensure that the program you are following is built for someone in your shoes heading where you want to go. Not every program is for every person. And once you have completed the first program, you'll need to choose another one, which means finding another program that you can fit into that also fits with your plans.
The myths and misinformation surrounding health and fitness run rampant across the internet and even in the industry itself. It's not just about knowing that you should drink lots of water, but why you should drink lots of water. You can know that you should take time to rest while training, but when and why?
A lot of programs will fill you in on some bare essentials, but most times that info is incomplete. There's just enough to convince you that their one program is exactly right for you.
Every hero has an origin story. But most origin stories include heartache, death and defeat. For John Duffy, he spent years believing that something was wrong with him. As if he was fated to be forever fat, no matter what he tried to change. Everytime he tried a new diet or workout program, he would lose a few pounds only to put on twice what he lost after he finished.
To Duffy, the deck seemed stacked against him. And by the time his first child was born, he was over 400 pounds.
Thanks to the birth of his child, Duffy decided he had a reason to give weight loss ONE MORE TRY. Every program that had failed him in the past was weighing him down with doubts. Even so, he wasn't just fighting for his life anymore, but for his daughter's as well.
Rather than looking for another easy-to-execute program that made grand-yet-empty promises, Duffy sought out a trainer that would kick his butt and not let him give up until he succeeded.
John Duffy is my student. And he has dropped fifty pounds and counting since October 2017.
Duffy learned the difference between this attempt at training and his previous attempts boiled down to three components that he lacked before. We've already talked about two of these components.
A clear path forward with a clear, defined goal.
Accurate information that goes beyond basic headlines.
A community of people that will help you reach your goals.
I've been training people since 2007. I understand the pitfalls that new students are prone to fall for. Throughout the last eleven years, I have taught students from all walks of life what to do to get fit and achieve their goals.
Of course, I have seen students give up and fail. But they didn't give up because they failed. They failed because they give up. The lessons, the pep talks, the tools, and the training that I have given my students for the last eleven years only lack one ingredient: a dedicated student.
I've seen a wide variety of students succeed and fail. And I have seen commonalities in every one of them. I have come to see what attitudes contribute to success and which ones almost always lead to failures. The good news is that no one is doomed to fail due to an attribute they just so happen to possess. It will just take some dedicated effort designed to overcome those attitudes.
I've also seen an undeniable truth. Strength - physical and mental strength - are the key to building success in EVERY area of life. Training to improve your body and mind actually builds a foundation that promotes every other area in your life!
I have taken the lessons, experiences, tools, and strategies that I have both learned and taught during the last eleven years of training people and have organized them into a single, comprehensive, online source that you can access RIGHT NOW!
“STUFF! WORDS! SENTENCES!"
“The perfect testimonial looks a lot like this one: it has a heading (this shows the best part of the testimonial), one or two paragraphs of text, an image, a name and (optionally) a role to go along with the name. Also note the use of quotation marks in the testimonial text."
“It's a fair question: can you have too many testimonials?
The answer is: you can, but the problem is usually not the amount but the quality of the testimonials. If you have good, enthusiastic and real testimonials that mention specific details and benefits, don't shy away from adding 10, 15, 20 or even more to the page.
Just don't add a ton of boring or generic testimonials."
With only one life to live, putting off training until later is not only wasteful, it's risky. The tools to become the hero you were destined to be are here, ready and waiting for you!

“Here, we have a second testimonials section, right after the purchase section. Now that we've asked the reader to pull the trigger, they might feel some resistance and testimonials can help reassure them.”
We like to do what many others have done already. There's safety in numbers. Testimonials can be used to give your visitor that sense of safety."
“If you have any testimonials that include stories of how a customer had some doubts about your product, but was then won over by the high quality, your friendly support etc. those are perfect for displaying in this area of the sales page."

When selling online, it's easy to forget that people prefer buying things from other people. If there's any element of personal branding in your product, use this section to write a few paragraphs about yourself.
Keep it short, as this page is about your product, not your life story. But a few personal details mentioned here can help build rapport with your reader. It's a reminder that there's a real, trustworthy person behind thi
s product and they aren't buying from a faceless corporation.
After the first call to action, use testimonials, case studies, more points lists and more text blocks to address all possible objections your visitors may have. Knowing these objections is very important... and you can learn all about them by talking to your customers and visitors. Give them a way to communicate with you and you'll quickly learn what's on your reader's mind as she goes through this page.
This part of the sales page can be a lot longer than it is in this template. There may be many objections that come up and you can address them all. If you dedicate a separate text block or a sub-heading to each one, your visitors can easily find the ones they have on their minds and skip the rest.
We want our students to succeed. And a crucial part of success is to never stop moving forward. Like we said before, short-term programs don't provide long-lasting benefits. By paying for a lifetime membership, you will have access to all of these resources for as long as you need them. This also ensures that the community doesn't dwindle down as people decide to stop paying. Even if years down the road, you have exhausted the workout programs and educational content, the community will continually grow to offer new content and will prove to be the most useful tool.
If there was really a solution online that already offered something as valuable as we are offering here, we would not have built this service in the first place. Most other solutions that try and offer similar benefits fall short in delivery and quality. And no one offers everything that we offer.

A section like this is perfect for addressing buyer objections and smaller concerns that your visitors might still have.
An easy way to get pre-sales feedback is to add a "Contact Us" link to the bottom of the page, so that visitors can send you questions by email.
You can also use the built-in exit intent feature to open a lightbox with a contact link and invite visitors to leave some feedback before they exit the site.
A great way to populate the FAQ section with questions is to invite pre-sales feedback from visitors. Your visitors will happily tell you exactly what questions are on their minds.
There are also many services you can use to add a live chat widget to a page like this. Inviting visitors to a live chat is a great way to learn about common questions and also increase sales conversions while you're at it.
We're using content toggles in this section, which allows you to present many questions in a compact form. Your visitors can easily read more about the questions they themselves have and ignore the rest.
P.S.: Welcome to the post script section of the page. You can have one or several of these. This part is all about loss aversion. Here is where you can remind your reader that if they don't jump on this opportunity right now they will be missing out.
After the post scripts, use the link below to link to your purchase section or the checkout page.
