Start With A 12-Month Plan,
Not a Two-Month One.

You don't want to think of training as something you do for a while and then stop. If you really want change your body for the better, you need to see this as a lifestyle change that you cement into yourself for life.

You need to START with a 12-month program and stick with it. Anything less and you risk treating it like a short-term change.

Even then, you need to ensure that the program you are following is built for someone in your shoes heading where you want to go. Not every program is for every person. And once you have completed the first program, you'll need to choose another one, which means finding another program that you can fit into that also fits with your plans.

The myths and misinformation surrounding health and fitness run rampant across the internet and even in the industry itself. It's not just about knowing that you should drink lots of water, but why you should drink lots of water. You can know that you should take time to rest while training, but when and why?

And His Origin Story.

Every hero has an origin story. But most origin stories include heartache, death and defeat. For John Duffy, he spent years believing that something was wrong with him.
