S-Class is inspired by a certain bald hero who gained the power of gods by following a three-year regimen. Every day for three years, he did 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10km run. Now, doing the same exercise every day for three years is not going to be beneficial without variation. Thankfully, this course has more variation included than you could ever dream of! Best of all, there is a "prep-class" included that will give you a ramp up to get you ready to do the full course in six months or less!

Who is this course for?
Students of this course perform daly physical activity that is anything but sedentary. 
Students who have little-to-no experience with fitness will find this course to be challenging, but fair.
What kind of workouts will I be doing?
The vast majority of what you'll be doing includes push-ups, sit-ups, and squats, and various types of running, jogging, and walking. There are other kinds of exercises mixed in to keep your body doing different things.
If I apply myself, what will I likely accomplish through this course?
Your strength and endurance will be without question.You will, without doubt, be stronger than you ever thought possible.
